o If Mazaya Grand Advantage Card is lost or stolen and it was already activated on www.mazayagrand.com, you can immediately call at 22000022 to block the card. Alternatively, you can also block the card by visiting www.mazayagrand.com, logging in your account and blocking it. If there is a balance on the card at time of blocking, a replacement card can be issued by visiting customer service desks within Muscat Grand Mall, Al Madina Real Estate, Al Madina Takaful, Grand Millennium Hotel & Millennium Executive Apartments so long as the purchaser can provide sufficient ID and/or proof of purchase or ownership. A charge of OMR 1.000 will be applicable for processing any replacement request.
o If Mazaya Grand Card is lost or stolen and it was not activated on www.mazayagrand.com, then a replacement card cannot be issued due to the absence of any verification of data against non-activated lost card. It will be treated as lost and the unused balance cannot be claimed.
o If lost or stolen activated Mazaya Grand Advantage Card’s some or all of the balance has already been spent prior to informing us and prior to blocking the card, then we will not be liable for the amount that has been spent before notifying us.
