Mazaya Grand Advantage Card is a reloadable Gift card which can be topped-up any time within the 12 months of last loading/purchase.

2. What is the advantage of buying and using Mazaya Grand Advantage Card?

Once Mazaya Grand Advantage Card is purchased, it can be used immediately for payments across participating stores. However, once you activate the card online, you will enjoy attractive discounts & irresistible offers from several participating retails by paying through your Mazaya Grand Advantage Card.

3. How can I use Mazaya Grand Advantage Card to make payment?

It functions through the point of sale terminals at participating merchants and works in a similar way to any debit card where credit amounts are depleted immediately every time a purchase is made. Present your card to the cashier, they will swipe the card in machine and take the payment.

4. Where can I use Mazaya Grand Advantage Card to make payment?

Mazaya Grand Advantage Cards are accepted at all participating merchants at Muscat Grand Mall, Al Madina Real Estate, Al Madina Takaful, Grand Millennium Hotel & Millennium Executive Apartments. A list of participating merchants is available on this website.

5. From where can I purchase or top-up Mazaya Grand Advantage Card?

Mazaya Grand Advantage Card can be purchased or topped-up from MGM Customer Service counter or any of participating Tilal assets.

6. Do I have to pay any fee to purchase Mazaya Grand Advantage Card?

No, you can purchase Mazaya Grand Advantage Card without paying any additional fee.

7. What’s the minimum and maximum amounts that I can load on Mazaya Grand Advantage Card?

Minimum load amount is OMR 5.000 while there is no maximum limit.

8. When does Mazaya Grand Card expire?

o Mazaya Grand Advantage Card is valid for one year (12 months) from date of purchase or last loading, after which, Mazaya Grand Advantage Card is not re-usable and becomes invalid.

o Cardholder is required to use the complete value loaded on Mazaya Grand Advantage Card before the expiry date which is 12 months from the date of purchase or last loading date. No extension of expiry date will be granted.

o After the expiry date, any remaining balance on Mazaya Grand Advantage Card cannot be claimed and will have to be forfeited by the cardholder.

9. How can I check card balance or view transactions history or update my profile?

The Cardholder can check their card balance, validity, transactions’ details update profile, etc. by activating their card and logging on through Mazaya Grand website and/or Mobile App any time.

10. What’s the Return Policy?

Mazaya Grand Advantage Card cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. For all returns and refunds pertaining to purchases made through Mazaya Grand Advantage Card, every respective retailer’s policy will apply.

11. What to do if my card has been lost or stolen?

o If Mazaya Grand Advantage Card is lost or stolen and it was already activated on www.mazayagrand.com, you can immediately call at 22000022 to block the card. Alternatively, you can also block the card by visiting www.mazayagrand.com, logging in your account and blocking it. If there is a balance on the card at time of blocking, a replacement card can be issued by visiting customer service desks within Muscat Grand Mall, Al Madina Real Estate, Al Madina Takaful, Grand Millennium Hotel & Millennium Executive Apartments so long as the purchaser can provide sufficient ID and/or proof of purchase or ownership. A charge of OMR 1.000 will be applicable for processing any replacement request.

o If Mazaya Grand Card is lost or stolen and it was not activated on www.mazayagrand.com, then a replacement card cannot be issued due to the absence of any verification of data against non-activated lost card. It will be treated as lost and the unused balance cannot be claimed.

o If lost or stolen activated Mazaya Grand Advantage Card’s some or all of the balance has already been spent prior to informing us and prior to blocking the card, then we will not be liable for the amount that has been spent before notifying us.

12. What to do if my card has been damaged and not working anymore?

o If the gift card becomes damaged and unusable, a replacement gift card can be arranged by visiting customer service desks within Muscat Grand Mall, Al Madina Real Estate, Al Madina Takaful, Grand Millennium Hotel & Millennium Executive Apartments and the remaining balance can be loaded to the new gift card.

o A charge of OMR 1.000 will be applicable for processing any replacement request.

13. How do I register or activate my card?

You will require 3 digits PIN printed on your card to login on www.mazayagrand.com and activate/register your card.

You must change/set your password while activating your card.
